AGS 226 - Beef Cattle Science 3.0 Credit(s) Lecture 2 Lab/Clinical 2 Beef Cattle Science studies the practical application of modern production and management practices with regards to cow/calf, feeder cattle and beef cattle finishing, with an emphasis on management of nutrition, reproduction, health, husbandry, and breeding selection. Economics of beef cattle production are also studied. Prerequisite(s): AGS 113 - Survey of the Animal Industry
