AGV 145 - Animal Nutrition 3.0 Credit(s) Lecture 3 Lab/Clinical 0 Animal Nutrition provides instruction regarding essential nutrients and the role of each in an animal’s metabolism. Topics include basic clinical and therapeutic nutrition, pet food analysis, nutritional deficiencies, and toxins. Emphasis is on dogs and cats with an introduction to large animal nutrition, feeds and feeding. Prerequisite(s): A grade of “C” or higher in all second-semester Veterinary Technology courses.
