ELT 523 - Electronic Devices 4.0 Credit(s) Lecture 3 Lab/Clinical 2 Electronic Devices provides in-depth coverage of basic semiconductor theory, the PN junction, decoder applications, special-purpose diodes, optical devices, bipolar junction transistors, power amplifiers, field effect transistors, thyristors, and operational amplifiers. Students develop skills in the analysis and troubleshooting of semiconductor circuits. Prerequisite(s): A grade of “C” or higher in ELT 346 - Circuit Analysis II and ELT 347 - Circuit Analysis II Lab .
