ART 196 - Studio Practices I 3.0 Credit(s) Lecture 3 Lab/Clinical 0 Studio Practices I addresses processes needed to successfully strategize a working artistic practice. Topics include conceptual development, and creation and execution of art projects. Students are expected to develop and complete a substantial body of work in a specific medium(s). This course provides a forum for the critical evaluation of this work and curatorial guidance in preparation for the next stage of a student’s career. Prerequisite(s): A Grade of “C” or higher in ART 120 - 2-D Design , ART 123 - 3-D Design , ART 125 - Digital Media , and ART 133 - Drawing .
