Communication Studies majors will learn about concepts and practices of human communication and mediated communication. Courses focus on communication within business and organizations and among people with diverse cultural backgrounds. This program prepares students for a variety of avenues within a business environment, or for transfer to a four-year program in business or communications. Graduates of this program are awarded an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree.
