Candidates for the certificate must:

1. Complete a minimum of 16 semester hours of academic cred­it of which at least 50% shall be in residence.
2. Attain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0.
3. Select a program that will be recognized on the student’s  official transcript.
4. Complete the required courses as listed in the program of study.
