Electricity 1 is an introductory course focused on the foundational principles of industrial electricity. Students will learn the basics of electrical theory, explore 3-phase power distribution, and examine the operation of motors, generators, and transformers in industrial environments. The course includes hands-on application of Ohm’s Law in various types of circuits, including series, parallel, and series-parallel circuits involving resistors, capacitors, and inductors. In addition to technical skills, three hours of the course are dedicated to developing essential soft skills for the workplace.
