Robotics- Year 2


Introduction to Robotics provides foundational knowledge and hands-on experience with the startup, operation, and basic programming of industrial robotic systems. Topics covered include robot safety procedures, different robot types and movement types, programming structures, motion control strategies, decision-making logic, peripheral device integration, control modes, and real-world program examples. This course equips students with essential skills to operate and interact with modern industrial robots.

Attendance Requirements:


If a student misses two or more classes their employer will be notified that they have missed two classes. IWCC will also notify the company every time that same individual misses any other classes. The student can work with the instructor to make up the class work and class time.

Instructor is registered, certified, or licensed in the occupational area in which the state requires registration, certification or licensure for the occupational area in which the instructor is teaching.
