The Biology Transfer Major program of study provides a background in various areas of the life sciences. This program is intended for students who plan to transfer and study biological sciences at four-year institutions. Some areas of opportunity for graduates having this major and a baccalaureate degree include medicine, the allied health fields, science education, wildlife conservation, forestry, soil conservation, fishery management, and many others. Graduates of this program are awarded an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree.
