Welding program of study prepares students to enter the workforce as beginning production, maintenance, or job shop welders. Students learn the latest techniques in fabrication of materials by welding processes. Students apply fundamental techniques and principles related to welding. This program provides an overview of topics such as metallurgy, fabrication, layout, estimating, and repair. Graduates of this program are awarded a certificate.
